We met with Tom in June of this year and were unsure if we were ready to sell. Tom answered all our questions, did not pressure us to sell and presented a plan as to how he would sell our home. He told us what we should expect in regards to timing. At the time we were not ready. Tom checked in on us from time to time and provided market updates. In early August we called Tom to sign the paperwork. The listing went live on August 16th and by 7:30 on the 17th we accepted an offer. As we have worked through the process Tom's guidance and expertise has been invaluable to us. This is the 5th times we have sold a home. I'm not sure we have ever had an Agent who was more knowledgeable than Tom. We could not be more pleased.

Guided us in setting up our home for showing, explained the process and told us his strategy to sell our homeThen he executed his strategy to perfection. Over the course of our life, we've bought and sold multiple homes in Maryland, Florida and Pa. This be far was the easiest. Tom and Jess Hodgson whom Tom was mentoring were absolutely amazing.
