Meet The Team
Dustin Kreider
The team leader for The Kreider Group, Dustin was born and raised in Lancaster County. He has been active in real estate for almost a decade representing Buyers and Sellers and as an investor. Dustin is also a practicing attorney and brings that dual perspective and experience to negotiations and problem-solving within real estate transactions. He prioritizes clear client communication and has a 5-star client review rating on Zillow. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and two young kids, Tommy and Emmy, playing golf, and rooting for Penn State sports.
Tom & Kathie Kreider
Tom and Kathie are the founders of The Kreider Group and have been in real estate for 25 years. They’ve helped countless Buyers and Sellers get to the settlement table over the last few decades. They’ve always practiced clear and prompt communication with clients, providing an honest perspective based on data and experience. They have instilled these same values in the other members of The Kreider Group. Tom and Kathie continue to help The Kreider Group maintain its status as a team that performs in the top 5% of the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices extended network. When not serving their clients, Tom and Kathie like to relax on the Chesapeake Bay and spend time with family, especially their four grandchildren.
Ryan Sullivan
Ryan was born and raised in Lancaster County and has been a real estate investor for over a decade. Ryan has experience with tax and foreclosure sales, rehab/flips, and property renovations. Ryan works with Buyers and Sellers in a collaborative manner, helping them achieve their specific goals. When not handling real estate matters, Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and trying new local restaurants and eateries.
Dylan Stauffer
The newest member of The Kreider Group, Dylan is still Active Duty for the U.S. Army. As a member of the military, Dylan has a unique perspective on frequently moving on a deadline, and has personal experience with VA loans and military relocation requirements. Dylan has many contacts to help serve our Maryland clients as well as PA clients. When on leave, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family, friends and dogs as well as riding his motorcycles and working on cars.
