Dustin is fantastic to work with, and he was my agent during the first time I sold an investment property. He is very knowledgeable, knows the York, PA area well, and is an expert in the entire process. Dustin guided me every step of the process from start to finish. He is very responsive, kept me updated on each milestone from comp reviews and getting listed, to reviewing offers and going through escrow. He provided valuable advice when it came down to pricing, when we ran into timing challenges with showings and paperwork, and also unforeseen issues with the property as we were getting it listing ready.I couldn't have asked for a better agent to partner with for this first transaction. Already working with him on another listing, and hoping for many more in the future.
