As first-time home buyers, we are forever grateful that we had Dylan Stauffer on our side! Through the whirlwind of information about the buying and financing processes while trying to find a property we loved, Dylan was patient with us and extremely responsive. Dylan was able to answer all our questions and gave us status updates as soon as he had information to relay. Dylan showed us multiple properties, some as soon as the next day, and took the time to show us multiple back-to-back as well! He was supportive and encouraging, especially during our most challenging listings when we were simply outbid. He helped us land a home that checked all our boxes with an FHA loan and even seller's assistance despite the current crazy market! We simply cannot say enough great things about our experience with Dylan! He truly was so fun, resourceful, personable, patient, helpful, responsive, encouraging, attentive, dedicated, and dependable! We simply cannot recommend him and the Berkshire Hathaway team enough!
