I started working with Dustin in February 2025 to sell a rental property. He quickly got the property advertised, and shortly after received a respectable offer. After accepting the offer, we discovered that the title to the property had an existing encumbrance. The process of removing the encumbrance took 7 months, but Dustin was able to work with the buyer to keep them informed of the process to correct the title. He did a great job communicating with all parties, and he successfully helped me sell the property in October 2025. If I need to sell another property I will definitely use Dustin again!
