REALTORS check the ‘hot sheet’ daily for new properties. Our company allows buyers to sign up to receive automatic emails when a property meeting their criteria is entered into our MLS, thereby ensuring those active buyers are alerted as soon as your property hits the market. We pride ourselves in presenting accurate, detailed information with a well-written commentary and multiple quality photographs.
Office Tour
Our office devotes every Tuesday morning to touring our new listings. We find this an additional valuable marketing tool for our sellers as it allows each REALTOR in our office to view your property, enabling them to answer any buyer's questions with first-hand knowledge.
