Get Pre-Qualified
The first step in the home buying process is to get pre-qualified with a lender.

Being pre-qualified allows you to be prepared to preview and negotiate your home purchase with confidence.

Most sellers today will not accept an Agreement of Sale for their property unless the buyer includes a lender's prequalification letter. 

Reasons to Get Pre-qualified . . .            

• You can determine which loan program best fits your individual needs.

• You will know which price range you are comfortable with.  It's no fun to find your "dream home" and then find out you cannot afford it.

• You will know what your closing costs will be for your price range.  You will then know if you have enough available monies to settle or if we need to ask for Seller Help in the Agreement of Sale when making an offer.
• First time homebuyers may qualify for special programs, saving on closing costs or allowing a larger purchase price.
• When you find "your new home", you will be ready to submit an offer, complete with financing information.
